On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, 66-year-old actor and producer, and director Satish Kaushik passed away suddenly. There was a wave of mourning in Bollywood due to the death of the actor. The veteran actor was recognized as one of the most respected people in the industry. His friend and colleague and actor Anupam Kher posted the news of his death on his Twitter handle early morning.

Satish Kaushik was married, he married Shashi Kaushik in 1985. The saddest moment in Satish’s life came when their two-year-old son Shanu Kaushik died unfortunately, after which the Kaushik couple welcomed their first daughter Vanshika through surrogacy in 2012.
Kaushik was a partner in the Chandigarh Film City project along with Parsvnath Developers, a real estate company. He bought 30 acres (12 ha) in Sarangpur village, Chandigarh at throwaway prices. Real estate company forced to abandon the multi-million project after media exposed foul play.

👉Satish Kaushik was born and brought up in Mahendragarh, Haryana.
👉As a theater actor, his best-known role was that of “Willy Loman” in the Hindi-language play Salesman Ramlal, an adaptation of Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman.
👉In 1983 he wrote dialogues for Kundan Shah’s comedy classic Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron and also worked as an assistant director and actor.
