WWE (2015-2016)

Lee was one of thirteen contestants who made it to the final round of the sixth season of the WWE show Tough Enough in June 2015. Lee was put in danger of elimination a total of five times during the competition. However, on August 25, viewers voted for her and Josh Bradley as the winners of the contest, and they would both receive a $250,000 one-year contract with WWE. During the championship event, Lee competed under the ring name Hope, but she lost to Alicia Fox in a singles match.

In the month of September, Lee was sent to begin her training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, which is located within the WWE Development Zone NXT. Lee made her first appearance for NXT at a live event on January 16, 2016, when she delivered a heel promo. She had previously wrestled under a ring name other than her real name.


She made her in-ring debut during a six-diva tag team bout that took place on January 30 at a live event. Her fellow Tough Enough contestant Mandy Rose was also a part of the match. Lee’s WWE contract was terminated on 30 September 2016 and she was later released.
